Aqualectra Crash Warehouse Training Program 2024 - 2025

Having as starting point a tailor-made assessment in Papiamentu, R&B Management Group B.V. designed a training program destined to refresh and begin upgrading job related knowledge and skills to improve the warehouse personnel performance and increase the department's effectiveness. With a 30% theory and 70% in-field practice approach, some of the courses included were: Cost Awareness, Inventory Management, Warehouse Safety, Equipment Handling. 

Support to Supervisors

As complement of a training program, to start a support process to improve leadership, planning, organization, problem solving, confidence, management, among other skills necessary to strengthen the department. By listening and analyzing feedback from the supervisors and the rest of the workforce, it was observed and detected improvement areas, and given advice regarding best practices, methodologies and tools to increase effectiveness. 

Aqualectra Basic Project Management Course October 2025 

Beyond our essential work in the warehouse, we developed a bespoke Basic Project Management Course specifically for Aqualectra's workforce. To ensure maximum impact and understanding, this essential hands-on training is uniquely conducted in the native language of Curacao: Papiamentu. Our tailor-made curriculum is deeply practical, utilizing real-life cases and immersive role-play scenarios that immediately translate into improved project execution and efficiency for Aqualectra.
